Charles E. Millwood

Charles E. Millwood was born September 9, 1943 in Charleston. He received his undergraduate degree from The Citadel in 1965 and went on to receive a masters in microbiology from the University of South Carolina and, in 1974, his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Medical University of South Carolina. The following year he opened a practice in Cayce, South Carolina and operated the office until 2009. Dr. Millwood served as a member of a number of organizations, including the American Dental Association and the South Carolina Dental Association, of which he was president for one term. He received the Order of the Palmetto in 2004 in recognition of his dedication to dentistry and his community. Dr. Millwood died on July 2, 2013.
